Shop Policies

1. Pre-Orders

  • When Purchasing a Pre-Order, you as the customer are AWARE and AGREEING to wait anywhere from 4-6 months or more for production. Please do not buy a Pre-Order if you do not feel comfortable or do not have the patience to wait this long.
  • The reason for long production times is because these are handmade items made by loveable humans like you and me. Factories at any time can be backed up and sometimes there are revisions to be made 
  • There will always be LIMITED extras sold after presales are sent out
  • Please make sure to follow me on IG to stay on top of updates and when I receive these pins

2. In-hands

  • Shipping will be completed within 3-5 business days
  • Make sure your physical address and email address are correct and if there is any issues please contact me ASAP

3. Refunds/Exchange Policy

  •  All sales are FINAL for Pre-Orders and In-hands
  • Once an order is placed, there is NO CANCELLATION
  • Exchanges are only available if I (myself) shipped out the wrong pin/variant

4. Grading System

  • As I stated earlier, Enamel Pins are handmade with love by humans just like you and me.
  • Due to this, it is IMPOSSIBLE to have a 100% perfect pin

My Grading System is as follows

  • ’A’- will have little to no flaws. This includes tiny glitter specs, little dots, tiny and barely noticeable bubbles or smudges. Overpolished lines seen at certain lights will still be considered A Grade.
  • ’B’- may include noticeable scratches, missing screenprint, severe over/underfill, wrong color enamel, any flaw on face, multiple pin pricks

5. Trading/Reselling

  • I have no issue with my pins being traded but only AFTER they have arrived to you. Do not pre-trade
  • Please wait until I sell my extras and do not sell my pins for more than 1.5x drop price 
  • I am better than the FBI I promise I will Liam Neeson you and I will find you, block you and refund any previous or future orders.

6. Damaged/Lost Mail

  • If a package gets damaged/lost in transit, I will do my best to replace the product, provided there is still enough stock.
  • If I do not have extras of the same grade, a full refund or ‘B’ Grade plus partial refund will be offered.
